Bread Crumbs

Pulse fresh (or day old) bread slices until
crumbs (only seconds!) in cuisinart or blender.

Use in meat loaf or dredge chicken to bake!

Meat Loaf

1 pound ground beef (or veal)
½ pound ground pork
2 cups bread crumbs
1 egg (beaten)
1½ cup milk
4 tablespoons onion (minced)
2 teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine all ingredients and pack into 9x5x3 loaf pan.
Bake for 1½ hours.
Option: Can add 3 tablespoons catsup over top before baking.
