Bread Crumbs
Pulse fresh (or day old) bread slices until
crumbs (only seconds!) in cuisinart or blender.

Use in meat loaf or dredge chicken to bake!

Baked Chicken Tenderloins
Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings
of your choice. (onion, garlic, oregano, basil, etc.)
Dredge chicken in bread crumbs.
Bake for 35 minutes or until they look good!

Potatoes and Onions
3 large baking potatoes (washed and dried)
3 tablespoons butter
½ onion

Peel and dice potatoes and onion.
Melt butter in large skillet and add potatoes,
onions, salt, and pepper.
Cover, but stir often until brown and tender.
Cheese can be sprinkled on while hot!


Pineapple Upside Down Cake
(In Iron Skillet)
Preheat oven to 350°.
Melt 1/3 cup butter and add in ½ cup brown sugar.
Arrange sliced pineapple (plain) in skillet,
adding a cherry to each center.

Prepare cake batter:
2 eggs (beat for 5 minutes). Gradually add 2/3 cup
sugar, 6 tablespoons juice from fruit, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Stir in 1 cup cake flour, 1/3 teaspoon baking powder,
and ¼ teaspoon salt.
Pour over fruit. Bake for 45 minutes.
