Blueberry Cup Cobbler

4 cups fruit -- with ½ cup sugar
½ cup sugar
½ cup flour (self-rising)
½ cup butter (melted)
½ cup milk
1 egg
½ teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350°.
Butter small square baking dish.
Pour fruit into pan and sprinkle ½ cup sugar over fruit.
Pour just a little butter over fruit.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over fruit.
Bake for 45 minutes or until brown.
Blueberry Muffins

1 egg (beaten)
½ cup milk
¼ cup oil
1½ cup self-rising flour
½ cup sugar
1 cup fresh berries

Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine all ingredients and stir as little as possible.
Pour into muffin pans (add topping if desired) and bake
for 25 minutes or until golden brown.


Crunch Topping
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup nuts
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Combine ingredients and sprinkle over muffin batter.
