to talk about her television show, Baking Southern 101.
She also talked about her delicisous Blueberry Pound Cake!
8-ounce package cream cheese
3 sticks margarine (or butter)
3 cups sugar
3 cups cake flour
6 large eggs
3 teaspoons flavor
1 cup blueberries (rolled in flour)
Cream cream cheese, margarine, and sugar. Add eggs one at a time.
Add flour and flavor. Add berries.
Bake for 90 minutes in a 300 degree oven. Glaze.
