Today's show was very busy!
We had lots of good food and some great
ideas for your bridal luncheon or tea!
Our special guests today included Regina Kirkland,
a private consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics.
Regina showed us how she can help the bride look
extra-special on her wedding day. She brought
Rebecca Kirkland and Maggie Duncan with her
to demonstrate some of Mary Kay's beautiful products.
While the girls got their make-over, Miss Judi and her
grandson, Timmy, prepared some wonderful luncheon
items to serve your guests!

Chicken Salad Sandwich
1 can (12.5 ounces) chicken breast -- drained
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
6 eggs -- boiled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt, pepper, celery, chives -- to taste
Chop chicken and boiled eggs into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients into bowl and mix well.
Try different types of breads for a pretty display.
Heavenly Eggs
6 eggs -- boiled and peeled, then sliced in half
"Yellow" from boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons pickle relish
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spoon into egg halves and enjoy!
Lemonade The BEST in the world!!!
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups hot water
Juice of 6 lemons
Combine ingredients and stir until sugar is melted.
Add cold water to make 2 quarts ... enjoy!
