1½ cups sugar ½ teaspoon salt 2½ tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon flour 3 cups milk 3 1-ounce cubes of baker's chocolate 1 tablespoon butter 1½ teaspoons vanilla Combine all ingredients in double-boiler. Stir continuously until all ingredients melt and begin to thicken. (Approximately 15 minutes.) When desired thickness is achieved, pour into a blind-baked pie shell and refrigerate until set.
