Air Date: March 20, 2001 prepare the most delicious Easter Sunday dinner! She had several special guests today ... Baked Ham (Preheat oven to 350 degrees.) | When selecting a ham, be sure to choose one with a good "pink" color to it! Completely wrap in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes per pound. Southern Irish Potato Salad
3 cups peeled, diced, cooked, drained, and cooled Irish potatos | 1/2 cup mayonaise 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish dash of mustard 3 boiled eggs onions, celery, and olives to taste Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir well. Chill in refrigerator for several hours. Green Bean Casserole 2 cans green beans (drained) -- 5 cups fresh | 1 can "cream of ..." soup 1/2 cup milk 1/2 small onion (or to taste) 1 cup fresh grated cheese or 1 can cheese soup Pimento for color Sprinkle of french onion (from can) Cook fresh green beans and drain -- or drain canned green beans. Mix soup and milk; add in onion, cheese, and pimento. Stir together and place in a pyrex dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with canned french onions and bake additional 5-10 minutes. |
