Cream Cheese Pound Cake

1 1/2 cup butter (softened)
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups cake flour
6 eggs (room temperature)

Cream margerine and cream cheese. Add sugar and beat until light.
Add salt and flavor.
Add eggs one at a time, then add in flour.
Pour into Bundt pan and bake in 300 degree oven for one and a half (1 1/2) hours.



Blueberry Sauce

2 16oz packages frozen blueberries (4 cups fresh)
1 cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons corn starch
1/2 cup water

Cook berries and sugar until sugar melts. Add corn starch to 1/2 cup water. Add this liquid gradually to hot mixture. Cook until liquid thickens.
Spoon over cake -- or icecream -- while warm!
