Cream Cheese Pound Cake

1 1/2 cup butter (softened)
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups cake flour
6 eggs (room temperature)

Cream margerine and cream cheese. Add sugar and beat until light.
Add salt and flavor.
Add eggs one at a time, then add in flour.
Pour into Bundt pan and bake in 300 degree oven for one and a half (1 1/2) hours.



Pan Coat

4 parts plain flour
4 parts shortening
3 parts liquid oil

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Brush on baking pans with pastry brush.
This will set on your shelf in a plastic bowl indefinitely!
